Coats and outerwear pieces are created using traditional tailoring techniques to ensure a perfect fit and durability. The importance of structure over façade, of interiors over exteriors, is key to the design and production process at Jennifer Klein Couture. This philosophy of substance over style is applied at multiple levels.

At first glance, the client will find that the linings and insides of garments are as beautifully and delicately crafted as the outside. Special attention is devoted to the making of the lining and the client may choose to incorporate symbolic embroideries into it, to represent her heritage, her family, children, spouse, or other meaningful objects, values or moments.
